About The Shaw's

OUR HISTORY

Our Mission: To be the preferred and most trusted HVAC Company in the Central Valley.

In 1997, Jeff Shaw was working maintenance in the Wilshire Kings Convalescent Hospital where he began his work with heating and air conditioning systems. It was at this time that he fell in love with the HVAC trade – and his now wife, Annette Shaw.

To drive his passion further, Jeff enrolled in HVAC-R classes at the College of the Sequoias with Mr. Alec Hertado. Upon graduating in 1998, Jeff began his trade with Mitchell’s Air Conditioning & Heating in Hanford.

Having four years under his belt, Jeff then turned to an advanced opportunity with Grant’s Air Conditioning & Heating in Visalia and continued his growth for another four years.

With 8 years of continued passion and experience, Jeff decided to take the next step and start his own company. While working maintenance for Hanford Community Medical Center, Jeff slowly built his company from the ground, up.

In 2004 he passed his C-20 HVAC contractor’s license test and with the help of Annette, who guided office operations, he began working in the field under his own name.

Immediately seeing an opportunity in the solar market, Jeff earned his C-10 electrician contractor’s license. Together with his HVAC contractor’s license, this has given Jeff the opportunity to provide his customers with energy efficient HVAC systems backed by the power of solar energy.

Not only does this provide a comfortable atmosphere for the owner with high quality systems, but it also helps them to save money over time.

In the midst of all this, Jeff and Annette have also started a beautiful family – their son Hayden, daughter Emma, daughter Brielle, and youngest son Jaxon. During the summer months, you may just see their son, Hayden, helping out our awesome technicians in the field.
