Brandon did a great job. My 4 star was do the fact that they only carried apparently a smart thermostat which was over $600.00, but Brandon explained that also included 5 year warranty. For Senior Citizens we prefer a not to expensive thermostat that’s user friendly. Needless to say, on the following Monday, I contacted my Heat and Air Conditioning Company and had a new thermostat installed and service for around $200.00.

Great service, good communication, and very polite. They arrived within the time window that was given, they assessed the issues and explained what was wrong. They didn't pressure me into paying more than I needed. We talked about what would be best and what can happen. The job was completed which left me satisfied with my service.
Excellent job. Never have a problem with Shaw's work. From the time we purchased the unit up until the present. Would highly recommend Shaw's to anyone needing to purchase an A/C unit or gave one serviced.
