I have had Shaw’s come out for AC issues two times now, and each time I have had Mike as a technician. Very cool dude. Smart and very professional. Each time he came out I was up watching him work and asking questions. Very polite and informative. Highly recommend Shaw to anyone needing repairs in their units. My warrantee company the first time I had an issue with the couldn’t get anyone out to my house sir two weeks. It was over 100 degrees outside and miserable. Shaw was there the same day I called and able to replace the part I needed that shorted after a power outage.

The service guy was nice and answered a few questions but had I known they didn’t know anything about fireplace inserts I would not have called them out. The sad part is I told the lady on the phone what the tech would be working on and she never said they didn’t know how to repair inserts. Now I have to call the fireplace insert place in Visalia to come out and make the repairs. Live and learn!
