Jason from Shaw’s Home Comfort came out within a day to check out our AC issues. He was able to help us stay comfortable while we waited on the parts to come in for the major repair, and was right back out to fix it. Communication during the entire process with the office and technician was outstanding. Living in the hot valley, we are so thankful to have Shaw’s to maintain and repair our AC unit!

Shaw Home Comfort customer service was outstanding. I am beginning to realize that Home Warranty companies are basically a money scam. One of my AC units was supposedly repaired by Sears technician but the quality was not as expected especially with the costs. I contacted Shaw HC, they immediately diagnosed the issues from the previous repair/failure and presented me with multiple options. The choice I made was most satisfying. From the financing to the on site technician(Victor& Patrick) made myself and my wife comfortable with our decision to have Shaw HC be our choice from now on. I highly recommend anyone considering maintenance or replacement of your AC or Heating units to contact Shaw HC. Daniel Badgett is the man!! Great service, super knowledgeable, explained everything in layman’s terms! And is really just a down to earth guy.
