Rae Akins was our technician. She introduced herself and explained what she was going to do today. After servicing our unit, she explained in detail what services was performed. She also explained how the service will keep our unit running without problems in the future. We are pleased with the service Rae Akins provided.

All went well. He checked things out thoroughly and I think we’re good to go for another winter.
