I have had Shaw’s come out for AC issues two times now, and each time I have had Mike as a technician. Very cool dude. Smart and very professional. Each time he came out I was up watching him work and asking questions. Very polite and informative. Highly recommend Shaw to anyone needing repairs in their units. My warrantee company the first time I had an issue with the couldn’t get anyone out to my house sir two weeks. It was over 100 degrees outside and miserable. Shaw was there the same day I called and able to replace the part I needed that shorted after a power outage.
