On time. Introduced themselves. Very polite and courteous. Put his shoe covers on before entering my home. Was very patient and clear when explaining what was going to be done. When work was finished offered to put a surge protector on the computer part of my air conditioner. I explained was doing some outside remodeling so probably in the future. Damien and forgot assistant 's name. But both very cordial, respectful .
