Shaw Home Comfort customer service was outstanding. I am beginning to realize that Home Warranty companies are basically a money scam. One of my AC units was supposedly repaired by Sears technician but the quality was not as expected especially with the costs. I contacted Shaw HC, they immediately diagnosed the issues from the previous repair/failure and presented me with multiple options. The choice I made was most satisfying. From the financing to the on site technician(Victor& Patrick) made myself and my wife comfortable with our decision to have Shaw HC be our choice from now on. I highly recommend anyone considering maintenance or replacement of your AC or Heating units to contact Shaw HC. WE all work hard and don’t have time for shotty home warranties that don’t do honest work. Many KUDOS TO SHAW HC employees ❤️

Daniel Badgett is the man!! Great service, super knowledgeable, explained everything in layman’s terms! And is really just a down to earth guy. He laid out every option possible, did all his checks and balances! Promote this man now! If there were an option for a 10 star rating, I would give him 11!!
We've been using Shaws for many years and have always had good experiences with the office and those out in the field. I totally recommend Shaws to anyone who needs air or heating service done. My husband and I spent quite a bit last summer upgrading our unit so it would be at its “optimal performance” during the summer. Much to our dismay, our unit decided to stop working out of the blue…on a Saturday nonetheless. My husband found Shaw’s Air Conditioning and Heating online. He called on a Saturday (they were open thank gosh when on one else was) and William was out to help us the next day! On a Sunday! William was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. He was one of the most knowledgeable and kind HVAC techs we have ever met. He found the problem and solved it quickly. We are back to being cool, comfortable, and happy. A horrible situation in 100 degree + heat ended up not being so bad after all thanks to Shaw’s Air Conditioning, and William! Thank you so much!EDIT:Had to come back and further rant and rave about Shaws Home Comfort! They are the absolute BEST. Last Sunday our AC suddenly went out again! Desperate to get service my husband called Shaws. We’re members and spend the yearly membership fee to have our AC and heating unit serviced. Thank GOSH we do!! The receptionist was so kind and worked hard to get someone out to us that night! On a SUNDAY night! Daniel B arrived and worked late into the night. He never seemed irritated or unhappy. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took several pictures to keep on file for services in the future. We had a backed up water line, so our overflow pan flooded triggering a shut off to keep the AC unit safe. We’ve had this happen before, so he wanted to ensure this was checked routinely going forward. When I say they are THE BEST. Other AC companies have been clueless and rude to boot. Not Shaws! They’re simply the best in every way. Thanks again Shaws. We slept cool and comfortably all night that night thanks to you!
Zack was polite and professional. Great communication. On time and finished quickly. Very pleased.9/25/24 Today, Victor and Jose came out to do an estimate on replacing my whole system. I was very apprehensive because I knew how costly this can be. They were able to find a solution and get me approved for financing. It all went much smoother than I expected. I am very happy with the results so far. Still 5 stars
It turned out we needed to get a new HVAC unit, the old unit had put in its mileage. Unfortunately, the option to try to replace and repair certain components wasn’t a guarantee that other parts of the system might not survive the life any new components replaced. We got a few quotes, Renee from Shaws came out and pretty much went over the options and benefits towards some models. We simply just wanted to replace the unit with something comparable. However, seeing how the price of everything has gone up. We decided to have a heat pump installed as the price for a conventional A/C unit was not that less in cost and certain items as refrigerant were changing and or being phased out. They’re process of removing and installing the new unit was handled in a very timely manner. The whole task was pretty amazing. The unit works great! Thank You! Barb&Norm

Rae Akins was our technician. She introduced herself and explained what she was going to do today. After servicing our unit, she explained in detail what services was performed. She also explained how the service will keep our unit running without problems in the future. We are pleased with the service Rae Akins provided.
So thankful to Erik Hansen, one of Shaws many wonderful people. He did the best and quickest jobs of replacing the valves and hoses under the kitchen sink. You Rock and thank you again . We're gonna use this service again. Shaws now does plumbing too!!

Our technician, Noah, arrived on time, was technically proficient, and displayed an outstanding customer service mindset throughout this semi-annual service visit. He provided relevant heating system equipment status as we completed the necessary electronic paperwork. The experience is great , they get right to the job and done correctly it was only a inspection but glad to know I’ll be able to fix my ac at an affordable price all in all the experience and the employee of shaws ac was cool and really respectful and enthusiastic!!

The technicians at Shaw’s are professional's. Brian was a great help and very thorough. Didn’t pressure any repairs on me and didn’t just tell us that our AC unit is old (even though it is) and it needs to be replaced. Brian said he will fix an HVAC system until it can’t be fixed anymore. Thank you guys! Recommended to anyone needing AC assistance.
