Rae Akins was our technician. She introduced herself and explained what she was going to do today. After servicing our unit, she explained in detail what services was performed. She also explained how the service will keep our unit running without problems in the future. We are pleased with the service Rae Akins provided.
So thankful to Erik Hansen, one of Shaws many wonderful people. He did the best and quickest jobs of replacing the valves and hoses under the kitchen sink. You Rock and thank you again . We're gonna use this service again. Shaws now does plumbing too!!

The experience is great , they get right to the job and done correctly it was only a inspection but glad to know I’ll be able to fix my ac at an affordable price all in all the experience and the employee of shaws ac was cool and really respectful and enthusiastic!!

Technician that came to troubleshoot and remedy my issue with a leaking and plugged drain line was Patrick. As it was Labor Day it was indeed awesome to have him arrive. In the past I have at least 8 different companies come out to our home for various cooling and heating needs. By far Patrick blew them all away. Extremely professional, communication skills beyond reproach. Very honest and sincere. As I had many questions, Patrick answered them all with facts and even showed a video of my issue. Clean a neat in appearance and motivated to get our problems resolved. Because of Patrick I will be a future Shaw patron. Keep up the great work and service. Most impressive sir.
The technicians at Shaw’s are professional's. Brian was a great help and very thorough. Didn’t pressure any repairs on me and didn’t just tell us that our AC unit is old (even though it is) and it needs to be replaced. Brian said he will fix an HVAC system until it can’t be fixed anymore. Thank you guys! Recommended to anyone needing AC assistance.
I'm very happy with the work that did at my house. Also his partner was very nice and polight as well. Shaw has great people working and they do a very good job for me and my husband. Our air conditioner was running but no air was coming out of the vents. We called Shaw's Air Conditioning near closing and they had someone out the next day to inspect it. Ricardo told us what we kind of knew, with it being 30+ yrs old, it wasn't good. We were thinking that we could either go with a temporary fix or cancel our vacation that was a week away. He was patient with us and answered our questions. He then called Victor, who on his time off, still helped us so that we could get financed for a new system ASAP. Between Ricardo and Victor's help, they will be installing a new system before we're to leave. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to help us. Not only physically (the heat), but also mentally (the stress). Just show's that a company that's been operational for about 20 yrs knows what they're doing.
